Xodus Group's Evolv Energies is hiring a Senior/Principal Electrical Engineer – Power Systems to provide technical leadership and deliver power systems, grid connection, transmission and distribution, renewable energy, and industrial electrification projects across UK, United States, Canada, and international markets. The role covers power system studies, network planning, electrical engineering design assurance, project delivery, client engagement, business development, and—at Principal level—leadership and mentoring. Candidates need professional engineering registration or be working toward it, typically 5–10 years of experience for Senior level or 10+ years for Principal level, and expertise in power systems software, grid codes, industry standards, technical reporting, stakeholder management, and automation tools such as Python. The role is based in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, or London, with flexible and hybrid working.
