Description
Bosch is hiring a Senior Principal Engineer – ADAS & AV Data Loop & AI Flywheel to lead the architecture, development, and scaling of an end-to-end continuous data engine for L2+ ADAS and autonomous driving platforms. The role owns fleet-data loops, active learning, auto-labeling, simulation, MLOps, model retraining, validation, and deployment on automotive hardware, while collaborating with data engineering, cloud infrastructure, and embedded teams and mentoring AI scientists and software engineers. The position requires a master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant field, 10+ years of software development and system architecture experience in ADAS or autonomous driving, and extensive experience with deep learning, model deployment, cloud-native training infrastructure, and MLOps. The U.S. base salary is $240,000–$320,000, with health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
