Description
The role leads manufacturing platform productivity and quality improvement, defines new manufacturing processes for existing products, and replaces a critical quality and productivity team lead. Responsibilities include solving FE-BE and BE-BE integration issues, establishing technical direction, improving production stability through redesign, governing processes, and driving NLoZD team KPIs. The profile requires an engineering degree or higher, 10 years of semiconductor experience in process, material, equipment, or package development, and expertise in engineering analysis, FOL and EOL processes, and quality methods.
