Description
Astera Labs is hiring a Senior Principal Engineering Program Manager to own the end-to-end execution of advanced-node ASIC products from concept through production. The role leads program planning, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, cross-functional teams, technical issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment, with responsibility for delivering revenue-critical silicon on time, on spec, and at scale. Candidates need a BS or MS in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering, at least 10 years of ASIC product development experience, advanced-node experience, and strong program management skills. The salary range is $205,000 to $250,000, with discretionary bonus, incentives, and benefits.
