Description
The role leads the ramp-up of lead products under new technology introduction by coordinating with foundries, NXP technology groups, business lines, and customers. It owns the front-end process safe launch, drives manufacturability and yield improvement, manages project schedules and resources, and makes decisions on process integration. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in physics or electrical engineering, more than 10 years of front-end IC process-integration experience, strong IC and yield knowledge, English and Mandarin fluency, and leadership experience in development, transfer, or production ramp-up projects.
