Acron Aviation is hiring a senior Principal In-Service Program Manager to own the business and operational performance of a fielded avionics product family. The role serves as the P&L owner, responsible for bookings, revenue, gross margin, cash performance, delivery commitments, profitability, customer satisfaction, obsolescence, and resolution of OEM and in-service issues. It leads cross-functional execution across engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, customer support, finance, and sales, while managing customer relationships, business operating rhythms, and opportunities for sustaining, upgrade, and derivative products.
