Graphcore is hiring a Senior Principal Network Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize high-performance AI data center networks supporting GPU clusters, distributed training, and inference workloads. The role involves architecting Clos spine-leaf-super-spine fabrics, optimizing lossless Ethernet and RDMA/RoCEv2 performance, implementing NetDevOps and automation, deploying telemetry, and providing technical leadership. Candidates need a BS, MS, or equivalent experience in a relevant technical discipline, at least 12 years of progressive network engineering experience including 3 years in hyperscale, high-density, or HPC environments, and expertise in data center routing, switching, RDMA, merchant silicon, and automation.
