Astera Labs is hiring a Senior Principal Program Manager, Business Acceleration to lead high-visibility, cross-functional programs across strategic sales opportunities, customer and market intelligence, semiconductor product development, and supply-chain risk. The role partners with senior leadership and teams in Sales, Product, Engineering, Field Applications, Operations, and Supply Chain to identify blockers, establish accountability, track execution, escalate risks, and accelerate business outcomes. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, significant experience in program management or related cross-functional work in semiconductor or AI infrastructure, strong executive communication and analytical skills, and familiarity with semiconductor product development processes. The salary range is $205,000 to $260,000, with possible discretionary bonus, incentives, and benefits.
