UCB is hiring a Senior Principal Programmer, also described as a Statistical Computing Environment Business Coordinator, to support clinical programming teams in adopting and operating its Statistical Computing Environment. The role covers clinical trial analysis and reporting setup, study configuration, access management, environment provisioning, onboarding, validation support, workflow documentation, and automation. It requires at least five years of clinical trial results generation, reporting, and submission experience, along with knowledge of CDISC, regulated pharmaceutical environments, and tools such as SAS, R, Git, Azure DevOps, or SAS Studio. The position is based in Brussels, Monheim, Raleigh, or Slough and follows a hybrid-first approach with approximately 40% office time.
