Description
NewLimit is hiring a Senior/Principal Scientist to lead the discovery, development, and qualification of pharmacodynamic biomarker assays for mRNA-LNP medicines in preclinical and IND-enabling studies. The role owns assay design across platforms such as RT-qPCR, ddPCR, ELISA, MSD, Olink, SOMAscan, and NGS-based methods; defines biomarker advancement criteria; analyzes and reports bioanalytical data; supports tissue and primary cell workflows; and mentors research associates. The position requires a PhD or equivalent experience, at least five years of relevant experience, and three or more years of hands-on quantitative bioanalytical assay experience. The salary range is $155,000 to $200,000, with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
