The role owns complex frontend frameworks and backend services, designs scalable systems, resolves performance bottlenecks, mentors senior and principal engineers, establishes engineering standards, and collaborates with Product, QA, and DevOps. It requires 12+ years of professional software development experience, expert proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, Node.js, Python, and RESTful APIs, and experience with microservices, databases, cloud-native architectures, and modern frontend frameworks.
