Mastercard is hiring a Senior Principal, Software Engineering to join its Foundry Research and Development team at the Dublin Tech Hub. The role is an established individual-contributor technical expert and thought leader who will lead complex, enterprise-scale software solutions across architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, security, automation, observability, and operational excellence. The position partners with business, product, engineering, architecture, and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, resilient, and high-quality software while influencing engineering standards, technical roadmaps, and global engineering initiatives.
