Description
Renesas is seeking a Power IC Design Engineer to design and develop switching converter ICs, translate system requirements into chip-level specifications, architect and compensate control loops, resolve technical risks, and mentor junior engineers. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, at least 15 years of systems engineering experience, extensive customer-facing experience, and deep expertise in power devices, switching converters, control-loop architectures, and system simulation tools such as Simplis. The position follows a hybrid model with remote work two days per week and office collaboration on Tuesdays through Thursdays.
