Northrop Grumman is hiring a Senior Principal Systems Engineer to serve as a deputy technical lead for the Advanced EOIR team. The role leads research and development of advanced electro-optical and infrared sensor concepts, algorithms, sensor modeling, signal and image processing, and AI/ML methods; mentors junior team members; and develops performance metrics and synthetic data. It is a 100% on-site position in Linthicum, Maryland, requires a U.S. Government Secret Clearance and Special Program Access, and offers a base salary of $135,800 to $203,600.
