Parry Labs is hiring a Senior Principal Systems Engineer to establish enterprise-wide model-based systems engineering, requirements management, verification, configuration control, and digital engineering standards and policies. The role provides senior technical direction across multiple programs, represents the company to customers and industry forums, develops workforce capability, and shapes the long-term systems engineering roadmap. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, 15+ years of systems engineering experience, expert MBSE and SysML proficiency, organizational requirements-management ownership, verification and compliance experience, and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance if required.
