The role involves developing and deploying optimization solutions, supporting DCS and automation system design and commissioning, leading multidisciplinary engineering teams, providing technical guidance and training, managing project scope and quality, and mentoring engineers. The ideal candidate has strong experience in APC, RTO, DCS, process optimization, AI, machine learning, digital optimization, technical consulting, and team mentoring.
