Toast is hiring a Senior Privacy Program Manager for its Legal & Compliance team to lead and operationalize a global privacy program across the United States, Canada, Europe, the United Kingdom, and other operating regions. The role focuses on privacy compliance, data protection impact assessments, privacy rights and vendor DPA processes, privacy reviews, risk registers, training, data governance, metrics, and reporting, while leveraging AI and LLMs to automate assessments and request handling. Candidates need extensive privacy experience, knowledge of global privacy laws, strong project management and communication skills, and familiarity with AI tools. The role is hybrid and prioritizes candidates in Boston, New York, Washington D.C., San Francisco, or Chicago.
