G MASS is hiring a Senior Private Markets Operations professional to manage the end-to-end operational lifecycle of private debt and private equity investments. The role covers deal facilitation, settlement, income processing, cash controls, asset onboarding, loan lifecycle events, lifecycle accounting, reconciliations, exception management, and process improvement, while partnering with front office, legal, finance, and compliance. It requires private markets operations experience, knowledge of loan-based instruments and fund or SPV structures, strong accuracy, autonomy, and systems literacy; the position is a 12-month contract with a view to extension and pays up to $110,000 per year.
