Telenet is hiring a Senior Process Analyst to build and mature its Business Process Management capability, maintain the enterprise process landscape, coach process owners, and lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across customer journeys, service delivery, network operations, and corporate functions. The role partners with the Enterprise Architect, translates strategy and operating-model changes into process improvements, develops process-maturity roadmaps, and supports data-driven decision-making. It requires a master’s degree and at least seven years of experience in BPM, process consulting, or similar roles, along with process-modelling, stakeholder-management, and analytical skills.
