UNSW is hiring a Senior Process Analyst for a full-time, fixed-term 2-year role based at the Kensington Campus in Sydney, NSW. The role leads enterprise-wide business process analysis for a major Learning Management System transformation, partnering with senior stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements, improve processes, support testing, and deliver data-driven, scalable solutions aligned to the University's strategic objectives. The position requires significant experience in business process analysis in large complex organisations, strong stakeholder engagement, process mapping, data analysis, requirements elicitation, and leadership/mentoring of other analysts.
