Description
The SMT Process Engineer monitors and controls surface-mount technology processes and equipment, analyzes yield, defects, and rework data, supports process improvement and NPI activities, verifies process parameters, and collaborates with Production and Maintenance teams to resolve manufacturing issues. The role requires higher education or a degree in production, electrical, electronic, automation, computer, or a related engineering field, basic Excel knowledge, and preferably SMT or electronic manufacturing experience; the schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:50 a.m. to 4:38 p.m. with a daily one-hour break.
