Edenred is hiring a Senior Process and Projects Analyst in Porto Alegre, Brazil, to manage ongoing cross-functional projects in the Commercial and Customer Care departments. The role oversees project alignment, priorities, deliverables, governance, risks, and action plans; maps, redesigns, and documents processes; leads continuous improvement initiatives; defines and monitors KPIs; and collaborates with Technology, Products, and other teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, process improvement and project management experience, KPI analysis skills, and proficiency with Excel and Power BI. It is a hybrid role.
