The role involves reviewing and abstracting commercial and residential lease agreements, validating financial, legal, and operational terms, leading quality reviews and audits, meeting SLA/KPI deadlines, mentoring junior staff, adapting processes to client requirements, maintaining documentation, protecting confidential data, and contributing to process improvement and automation. The position is available through Apex offices in Pune or Hyderabad, India, and Sofia, Bulgaria, with smart working and some home-based work.
