Description
Fidelity is hiring a Senior Process Automation Engineer to design, build, test, and deliver scalable automation and low-code solutions for Stock Plan Services operations. The role covers robotic process automation with Blue Prism, data and analytics automation with Alteryx, Microsoft Power Platform applications and workflows, Dataverse, RESTful API integrations, and emerging AI-assisted automation. The engineer will provide technical leadership, collaborate with business and technology teams, support production deployments, and maintain documentation and governance. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of financial services or technology experience, and five years of hands-on Blue Prism RPA development experience; immigration sponsorship is not provided.
