Oklo is hiring a Senior Process Controls Engineer for its recycling engineering team to design, implement, troubleshoot, scale, and monitor process control systems for a fuel recycling facility, including off-gas separation and waste immobilization. The role involves developing control philosophies, documenting control systems, defining alarm and interlock strategies, specifying DCS, PLC, and HMI architectures, and preparing regulatory documentation. Candidates need a degree in chemical or electrical engineering or a similar field and at least 10 years of process controls engineering or related experience. The position is remote with quarterly travel to headquarters in Santa Clara, California, and requires onsite work during the first two weeks of onboarding.
