Anteris Technologies is hiring a Senior Process Development Engineer to develop, validate, and scale manufacturing processes for Class III transcatheter heart valves and delivery components. The role covers process characterization, design transfer, IQ/OQ/PQ/PPQ and test-method validation, regulatory compliance, automation and fixture optimization, bioburden and visual inspection methods, documentation, on-floor support, root-cause analysis, and yield and cost improvement. Candidates need a relevant engineering bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of process development or manufacturing engineering experience in Class III medical devices, and experience with validation, design transfer, and regulated manufacturing. The position offers a $118,000–$138,000 USD base salary plus incentive and equity, medical, dental, and vision plans, and does not offer work visa sponsorship.
