LifeLens Technologies, Inc. is hiring a full-time, on-site Senior Process Development Engineer to develop and validate manufacturing processes for medical device products. The role leads IQ/OQ/PQ validation, process risk analysis, FMEA, DOE, process trials, continuous improvement, and process changes, while collaborating with Quality and R&D. Candidates need medical device manufacturing experience, team leadership experience, roll-to-roll manufacturing knowledge, polymer materials knowledge, and statistical analysis skills; an advanced degree in a related technical discipline is preferred. The position offers $115,000–$135,000 per year or commensurate with experience, along with health, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement, stock options, and dependent-care benefits.
