The role covers new-product ideation, feasibility studies, prototype development, workholding strategies, materials characterization, test methods, vendor and OEM experiments, equipment commissioning, and validation activities. Candidates need mechanical and process development engineering experience, 2D/3D CAD proficiency, knowledge of advanced manufacturing and validation methods, and the ability to travel to Lucid AMP locations. The position offers a base annual salary of $144,000–$198,000 USD and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
