Description
The Senior Process Development Engineer will develop and optimize modules and wafer fabrication processes for discrete wide-bandgap products, including SiC MOSFET and GaN HEMT, in Hamburg and other locations. The role involves advancing wafer-process know-how, investigating competitor technologies, maintaining internal contacts, and conducting process-optimization projects in own fabs or foreign foundries. Candidates need an engineering degree, semiconductor-device and wide-bandgap manufacturing experience, hands-on wafer-processing experience, and fluency in English and German.
