Description
The role leads new product launches as the factory representative, develops manufacturing processes, supports operations and quality through root-cause analysis and yield improvement, manages product changes through APQP, and contributes to product costing, machinery qualification, and factory budgeting. It also supports authentication strategy, provides subject-matter expertise, and mentors direct reports. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, knowledge of manufacturing and product-development processes, project-management competencies, strong analytical and communication skills, and English proficiency.
