Qualitrol is hiring a Senior Process Engineer in Fairport, New York. The role owns process improvement and manufacturing engineering projects for instruments, controls, and monitors used in the electric utility transmission and distribution industry. Responsibilities include improving production and quality processes, planning plant layouts and workflows, leading Kaizen and RBS/lean activities, developing tooling, test systems, and machine designs, conducting root-cause analysis and CAPA, mentoring engineers, and supporting health, safety, and environmental requirements. Candidates need a relevant engineering bachelor's degree, at least seven years in lean manufacturing, statistical problem-solving expertise, database and programming capabilities, process-control and quality-system knowledge, hands-on tooling and equipment experience, and strong project, communication, collaboration, and change-management skills.
