Description
ASML Wilton is looking for a Senior Process Engineer to take charge of CNC deterministic polishing processes within the Wilton Factory Optics team. This role involves developing, stabilizing, and managing the performance of these processes, requiring a deep technical knowledge of optical fabrication and strong analytical abilities. The engineer will focus on achieving output, yield, and quality goals by improving First Pass Yield (FPY) through reliable process behavior. A proactive approach is necessary, involving anticipation of issues, driving 6P readiness, conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and continually assessing new technologies for long-term process control.
