Blue Current is looking for a Senior Process Engineer to join their Technical Operations team. This role involves improving process performance in solid-state battery R&D and prototyping, developing and qualifying key process equipment, and driving continuous improvement. The engineer will act as the primary owner for battery R&D equipment, manage projects, establish metrics, support equipment procurement, troubleshoot issues, and train technicians.
