Description
The Senior Process Engineer will report to the Head of the Production and Shipping Department and support the proper operation, monitoring, optimization, and continuous improvement of industrial production facilities. The role includes analyzing operating parameters, maintaining process stability, developing KPIs and procedures, supervising production teams, training operators and shift supervisors, supporting plant shutdowns and restarts, contributing to maintenance and investment projects, and ensuring Quality, Safety and Environment compliance. The position is primarily on a day schedule with approximately one week per month on a three-shift rotation, requires significant on-site presence, and calls for an engineering degree, industrial-process experience, analytical-tool proficiency, and fluency in French and English.
