Deli Star is hiring a Senior Process Engineer to lead the design, optimization, and scalability of its sous vide and cook-chill manufacturing processes, equipment, facilities, and plant utilities. The role oversees thermal processing operations, production teams, facility maintenance, capital projects, process validation, scale-up, and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, quality, product development, and supply chain. It requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical discipline and at least five years of food manufacturing, process engineering, or plant engineering experience.
