E Ink Corporation is hiring a Coating Engineer to develop coating and lamination solutions for next-generation ePaper products. The role leads pilot-scale roll-to-roll experiments, process development, film characterization, troubleshooting, documentation, and transfer from development to production. It requires a relevant engineering or materials science degree, at least five years of relevant process development experience, hands-on manufacturing process experience, and knowledge of coating technologies, DOE, statistical analysis, and material characterization. The position offers an annual base salary of $170,000 to $200,000, with an estimated total compensation range of $245,000 to $315,000, plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
