GDI is hiring a Senior Process Engineer in Rochester, New York to lead the development, optimization, and scale-up of silicon anode roll-to-roll deposition processes. The role covers PECVD or related thin-film technologies, process recipes and controls, equipment installation and commissioning, troubleshooting, qualification, and collaboration with vendors, partners, and cross-functional teams to transition processes from R&D through pilot and manufacturing. The position requires a Ph.D. or M.S. in a relevant field, at least five years of process engineering or thin-film experience, and hands-on equipment experience; compensation begins at $110,000 annually with health insurance and stock options.
