Description
The role develops, validates, and implements manufacturing processes for endoscopic instruments used in minimally invasive robotic surgery. Responsibilities include improving assembly processes, specifying production equipment, conducting DOE and validation tests, supporting design for manufacturability, defining inspection and test control points, developing processes from prototype through volume production, identifying improvements, and leading cross-functional root-cause and corrective-action teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree with eight years of experience or a master’s degree with six years of experience, a relevant engineering or physics degree, strong English and Bulgarian communication skills, and knowledge or experience in at least one listed manufacturing technology.
