onsemi is hiring a Test Process Engineer to develop, qualify, and sustain semiconductor test processes from new-product introduction through production. The role focuses on yield monitoring, root-cause analysis, defect troubleshooting, ATE platform support, statistical process control, test-program optimization, and continuous improvement across global wafer-fab and assembly operations. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical, electronics, semiconductor, or a related engineering field, along with 2–5+ years of semiconductor test or process engineering experience; assembly and test experience is preferred.
