Optimized Process Designs, LLC is hiring a Senior Process Engineer in Katy, Texas to lead process engineering for midstream and downstream oil and gas projects. The role covers project scope development, basic and detailed design, process simulations, design calculations, equipment sizing and selection, vendor evaluation, process documentation, and support for start-up and hazard analysis. The engineer will also mentor junior engineers and work on-site Monday through Friday. A bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering and a Professional Engineer license are preferred qualifications; the role is not open to visa sponsorship.
