Description
Lumilens is hiring a Senior Process Engineer to develop, document, control, and continuously improve manufacturing processes for high-volume optical transceivers used in AI data centers. The role owns end-to-end manufacturing execution, coordinates with design, quality, and contract-manufacturing teams, supports qualification testing and equipment selection, and applies statistical process control, data analysis, and automation to improve yield, throughput, efficiency, scrap, and quality. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or physics field and seven years of experience in high-volume optical transceiver or laser manufacturing, along with international travel.
