Magna is hiring a permanent Process Engineer for its Exteriors portfolio to develop, validate, and own RIM and SMC molding processes for new programs, tooling, and production. The role supports APQP/GCAR, PPAP, launch, SPC, troubleshooting, quality control, supplier collaboration, continuous improvement, project management, and IATF 16949 compliance, while mentoring technicians and operators. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in an engineering or materials-related field, at least five years of automotive manufacturing process-engineering experience, and experience with RIM, SMC, or related polymer/composite processes.
