The Senior Process Engineer will lead IC Assembly process development and enhancement, boosting production efficiency and quality. This involves comprehensive process documentation, operator training, and rigorous Design of Experiments. The role also includes managing assembly processes, analyzing yield data, identifying improvement opportunities, recommending new equipment, performing root cause analysis, and implementing cost, quality, and yield enhancements. Additionally, the engineer will interact daily with customers regarding technical issues and specification reviews, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and contributing to overall operational excellence.
