Milacron is hiring an Extrusion Process Technician in Batavia, Ohio to plan and execute extrusion trials, diagnose processing issues, support customer startups and resin qualifications, and provide technical input for equipment, tooling, machine, and control-system improvements. The role requires at least 10 years of extrusion experience, hands-on process work, knowledge of single-screw and counter-rotating twin-screw extrusion, polymer rheology, technical trial analysis, and customer-facing communication, with approximately 50% travel including occasional international travel.
