Description
The Process Engineer will drive continuous process improvement across business operations, troubleshoot sheet-extrusion lines and related equipment, and lead product and process development, quality, raw-material, digitalization, and sustainability initiatives. The role requires a B.S. in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, 5–10 years of manufacturing, maintenance, or engineering experience, knowledge of quality systems and Lean Manufacturing, and proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office. The position works Monday through Friday during assigned hours and requires regular, predictable attendance.
