Progressive Design, Inc. is hiring a full-time Senior Process Engineer in Midlothian, Virginia. The role leads heavy-industrial process engineering projects from concept through completion, including PFD and P&ID preparation, equipment and piping sizing, safety relief device design, mass and energy balances, project estimates, customer coordination, and design reviews. Candidates need a Chemical Engineering undergraduate degree from an ABET-accredited school, at least 10 years of heavy-industrial design or process engineering experience, project management experience, process safety knowledge, and familiarity with Aspen or HYSIS. The position offers a $120,000–$150,000 base salary plus a 10% discretionary bonus target and health care benefits.
