PTA Plastics is hiring a Senior Process Engineer to develop, optimize, validate, and troubleshoot injection molding processes for new and existing molds. The role leads sampling, process development, production launches, quality controls, DOE, capability studies, and continuous-improvement initiatives while mentoring technicians and supporting cross-functional operations, tooling, maintenance, and quality teams. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 8 years of plastics manufacturing process-engineering experience, with strong injection-molding expertise.
