Description
The Senior Process Engineer leads process development, optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement for semiconductor manufacturing, with a focus on chemical mechanical polishing (CMP). The role investigates process deviations and equipment issues, performs root-cause analysis, develops process controls, supports new-product introduction and process transfer, tracks yield and throughput KPIs, mentors engineers, and presents technical findings to management. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant STEM field and prior Cu CMP experience, with AMAT Mirra experience preferred.
