Veolia is hiring a Project Director in Sandefjord to lead large-scale water-treatment projects from planning through completion. The role involves leading project teams, coordinating technical design, production and installation, managing budgets and contracts, overseeing quality and risk, and maintaining stakeholder relationships. Candidates should have a technical background, 5–8 years of experience in consulting, contracting or construction projects, preferably in water and wastewater treatment, aquaculture or large infrastructure, plus a bachelor's or master's degree in process or mechanical engineering and strong communication skills in Norwegian and English.
