Flint Hills Resources is hiring a Senior Process Engineer - Hydroprocessing in Corpus Christi, Texas. The role supports the site Process Engineering Department and Business Teams by developing value-creation projects, analyzing unit economics, monitoring hydroprocessing unit performance, conducting benchmark and process-safety studies, supporting troubleshooting and design-of-experiments activities, and owning process-modeling programs using software such as HYSYS. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and at least 10 years of refining or chemical plant process engineering experience, including experience with hydrocracking and distillate and naphtha hydroprocessing units.
